Getting started
From a zip file to a site that answers in another language.
- Installing the WordPress translation plugin Download WPGlotty from your account, upload it to WordPress, and enter your licence key. Five minutes, once.
- Providers and API keys WPGlotty writes translations with Claude, DeepL or OpenAI. The key is yours and so is the bill.
- Languages and URLs Pick the languages, decide what the URLs look like, and let the language live in the address.
Translating
Filling the site, correcting what you disagree with, and keeping up as the source changes.
- Translating the site Run it once over everything, then let the live fallback catch whatever was not there yet.
- Correcting a translation on the page Any sentence you disagree with, you fix by clicking it on your own site.
- When the source text changes Edit an English sentence and its translations go stale. WPGlotty notices, and re-does exactly those.
