What a plan buys

Every plan has every feature. There is no word limit, no charge per language, and no feature held back for a higher tier. What a plan decides is how many sites one licence key may be active on at once.

The translating itself is not in the price and never will be. You use your own Anthropic, OpenAI or DeepL account, so you pay them directly at their rate with nothing added on top. That is why there is no metering here: we never see the bill and never take a cut of it.

Your key does not change

Starting a subscription raises the licence you already have. The key stays the same, the sites already running stay running, and nothing has to be pasted into WordPress again.

The same is true of changing plan later. Moving from one site to five raises the limit on the key you are already using.

Where the invoices are

Every payment appears under Billing on your account, with a PDF. The same page has a button through to Stripe, which is where the card details, the plan change and the cancel button live.

No card number ever reaches wpglotty.com. Payment happens on Stripe’s own pages, which is also why the invoice history there is the fuller one.

VAT

Prices are shown without VAT. What is added at checkout depends on where you are and whether you give a VAT number: a business in another EU country with a valid number pays no VAT here and accounts for it themselves.

The number is checked at checkout, not taken on trust, so an invalid one is refused rather than quietly charged the wrong rate.

If you cancel

Cancelling takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for. Until then nothing changes.

After that, the translations already on your site stay exactly where they are. They live in your own database and your own language files, they keep being served, the switcher keeps working, and the SEO output keeps being generated. What stops is translating anything new.
