Paying, invoices and cancelling

What a plan buys

Every paid plan includes every feature, with no extra licence charge per language. WPGlotty sets no word limit when you use your own provider key. You can buy WPGlotty credits as word packs or add a yearly word allowance to your plan.

Your plan determines how many sites your licence covers. With your own key, your provider bills you directly, and we add nothing. You can add yearly words at checkout or later on your billing page.

Your key does not change

Starting a subscription upgrades your existing licence. Your key stays the same and your sites keep running. You do not need to enter the key again in WordPress.

The same applies when you change plans. Moving from one site to five increases the limit on your existing key.

Where the invoices are

You can change plan and cancel on your account’s Billing page. Card and payment details opens Stripe. Your invoices page has every invoice and credit note as a PDF.

You pay on Stripe’s pages, so wpglotty.com never receives your card number.

VAT

Prices exclude VAT. The VAT you pay depends on where you are and whether you give a VAT number. Businesses in another EU country with a valid VAT number pay no VAT here. They account for it themselves.

We check your VAT number at checkout and reject invalid numbers to avoid applying the wrong rate.

If you cancel

Cancelling takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for. Until then nothing changes.

Your translations stay in your database and language files, and visitors can still read them. The switcher and SEO output keep working. Your own provider key stops working, and unused plan words expire. Bought word packs and welcome words remain available for automatic translation. You return to the free licence and can keep editing one site by hand.
