Moving a licence to another site
Release the domain, then activate the key somewhere else.
From the account
Sign in at wpglotty.com/account and open the licence. It lists the sites it is active on, each with a Release button. Releasing frees the slot immediately.
Use this option if you no longer have access to the old site. For example, the domain changed hands, or a staging copy was deleted before you deactivated it.
From the plugin
If the old site still works, click Release this site under WPGlotty → Licence. This tells the server to release the domain and clears the key locally.
If the server is unavailable, the plugin still clears the local key. In that case, release the domain from your account afterwards. On the new site’s Licence screen, enter your key and account e-mail address.
What happens to the old site
It keeps its translations and goes on serving them, but makes no new ones. You can no longer edit its provider key.
Releasing a site deletes its activation and statistics. The statistics belong to that site, so they do not move with your licence key.
Releasing a domain does not delete anything in WordPress. If you activate the same key on the same site again, everything is where it was.
